The Climate Learning & Impact Collective (CLIC) is a group of practitioners supporting funders, collaboratives, and mission-driven organisations navigate complexity and make better decisions on climate action — through strategy, learning, and advisory work.

We are diverse and non-hierarchical, bringing together professionals from different backgrounds, disciplines, and geographies.
Each member has committed to investing time in learning, coaching and supporting others in the network.
Together, we contribute to and benefit from shared expertise and peer support to ensure that our work is high quality and delivers meaningful impact.
Strategy
We support public, private and not for profit organisations with technically, economically and politically sound climate strategies and the design of effective interventions including Climate Fund proposals
What we do
Learning
We design practical monitoring, evaluation, and learning approaches that support reflection, adaptation, and better decision-making — not just reporting.
Advisory
We provide senior advisory support to networks, hubs, and institutions working across the climate field, particularly where collaboration, learning, and coordination are critical.
